ECOSYSTEM

Neurotrials, integrated in the Paris Brain Institute

An early phase CRO for brain diseases

The Paris Brain Institute is a leading scientific and medical research center in Neurosciences located at the heart of the Pitié-Salpêtrière Hospital, the largest neurology center in Europe.

900 researchers and clinicians across 29 research teams unravelling the pathogenic mechanisms of central nervous system diseases. Leveraging these experts and the 11 cutting-edge core facilities, Neurotrials helps you to  accelerate the positioning and development of your medical solutions

Our Network

To efficiently promote your study, recruit patients, federate specialized clinical centers and KOLs

Neurotrials evolves in a specialized and dense ecosystem in France and particularly through an expert Neurosciences network, including 5 preferred partner hospitals focused on diagnosis and care of central nervous system disorders. Thanks to this network hosting the reference centers of most Neurological disorders, Neurotrials brings to its clients scientific expertise from world-renown KOLs in the field.

Our European Network for Neurosciences

Managing multicentric studies in Europe thanks to our network of reknown international KOLs and clinical sites

FCRIN4MS

FCRIN4MS is a research network of excellence bringing together neurologists and researchers specializing in multiple sclerosis and related diseases across France. The network currently comprises 35 hospitals, including the 23 MS resource and skills centers.

NS-PARK

NS-PARK is the French research network of excellence bringing together neurologists and researchers specialized in Parkinson’s disease and movements disorders. It currently includes 27 academic centers, including the 25 Parkinson’s expert centers.

ACT4ALS

The main aim of the national clinical research network for ALS is to pool the expertise of French ALS centers and take advantage of the very large group of patients currently being monitored, to develop therapeutic trials and national or joint European and international clinical studies. The network currently comprises 22 expert centers.

Beyond Clinical Research

R&D

The platform provides services across design, electronics, mechanics and production to create tailor made research tools. The platform possess self-contained machines : 3D printing, laser cutting, manufacturing and measuring equipments in electronics.

Phenoparc

The PhenoParc platform is specialized in the development of preclinical functional exploration protocols. This platform helps you implement your projects in different in-vivo experimental models to establish proof of concept essential for relevant, patient-friendly applied research.

ICV

The Cellular and Vector Engineering Platform offers cellular models for brain disorders : from generation of IPSc to development of molecular tools for gene transfer, using the last technology available (Multiparameter flow cytometry, cell sorting, Bioplex analysis).

Quant

Quant is specialized in microscopy. It is organized around two poles: light microscopy and electron microscopy including the design of experimental procedures, training, and assistance with qualitative and quantitative analysis of images.

Histomics

The Histomics platform is specialized in histology. It offers services with the necessary infrastructure for histological techniques: from tissue preparation to analysis and training.

DAC

The Data Analysis Core platform supports data processing, governance and analysis of basic and clinical neuroscience research. It is organized into four divisions : omics, image analysis, statistics and methodology, data governance and open science.
